I love shoes with my all, if it was possible to just walk with shoes only, oh Lord knows I wouldn't mind. So the shoe I just added is my favorite pair. Well, not really favorite but the shoe that a week doesn't pass by without me wearing. Yeah, it's like that, let's just say this shoe is abused! Oh I feel bad, no its not abuse its just the favorite kid in the house. First of all I love animal print and this is my first pair. The reason I love this shoe so much is that it gives me a lot of confidence. I feel more sexier when I rock this shoe and for now, among my friends am the only one who owns this pair. Pelican's 'wild' babies

Pelican loves these shoes because they bring out the wild side in her. I think they're awesome because I love leopard print myself. I feel, we all have that wild side to us. It's just that some of us, bring it out to play, more often than others do.

Shoes! Shoes! Shoes! Shoes! Shoes!

Wow! What can I say, shoes are my favourite accessory! Personally I prefer heels because they serve a few purposes. 1.They make my legs look longer. 2. I'm not a gym person but a good pair of heels, give me a workout. Especially when I go out dancing all night long. 3. I can express my personality through my shoes.

Here's something to consider though. Wether we like it or not, we are judged (first impression) by the way we look. People focus on what we're wearing first, even before having a good look at your face. So, if you need to make a good impression, especially in the business world. Make sure you dress appropriately and make your shoes, the cherry on top!

Sometimes it's hard to turn your passion into a paycheck

I consider my fashion label, Sokhana Designs, as my baby! But it's difficult at times to make money from something you hold so dear to your heart. I'm not where I want to be financially and I'm still spreading my message. The fact that women have different body shapes, that have particular needs. For example, an hourglass figure can't wear the same clothes, as a rectangle figure and vice versa.

If you've been reading my blog you'll know that there's 4 different figure shapes. Women just need to work out where they fall under. This will save you time and money because you'll know exactly what kind of clothes suit you.

Ladies, stop trying to dress like your BFFs

I think some of us sometimes get caught up in trying to impress others. Especially BFFs (Best Friends Forever) who sometimes lead you don't the wrong path, style wise. Because you wanna impress your friend and keep the friendship. Someone who makes you feel that way, is not a good friend to begin with. So how do we curb this?

The only way, is to stay true to yourself. Understand and love the person you are first. Find out what body shape you are and the complimentary clothes, for your specific figure. Because when you look like a million bucks, you feel that way.
